!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Way back in January, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! to change up my blog and take it to the next revision by integrating my own !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! for downloading full-res photos from some of my adventures.
Now that the car show season is underway, I’m hoping to sell some more photos! I just added a bunch of photos to the store from my recent adventures at !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , but I’d like to have some feedback for my store. I want to know if my pricing is right, whether or not the store is easy to navigate; things like that.
I’d really appreciate Oppo’s input!

Why not sell prints instead of downloads? You should talk to sonicgabe I know he's got a website with prints available.

Yeah, when I was using Visual Society I had the option to sell both downloads and prints. When I realized that the Sell Media Plugin for WordPress was free, I realized that I could save money by upgrading my site to a business plan and then install
the plugin.
The problem was, in order to get prints working with the plugin you needed to pay for a subscription. I only found this out after trying to enable prints on my version of Sell Media.
I’ll talk to sonicgabe to see what he uses. Thanks!

It’s confusing. It took me a while to figure out that I had to click “Quick View” on a picture in order to get to a page where I could add it to the light box or the cart. If I click on the image, I see a nice view of the image, but without options.

Yeah, I’ve been noticing that too. I think there’s a way to fix that so it just opens the quick view
since you’ll be able to preview it there anyway.
Thanks a lot for your feedback!

Hey, thank again for your feedback!
I managed to look into it and it turned out that the SEO plugin I’m using was changing the attachment page settings. You should be able to just click on any image and it would open a page where you could review the image and select your size and license.

It works. It’s still a bit odd that clicking on the image takes you to one page, but the Quick View takes you to a different page. I suppose the end result is the same - you can order from either view.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of the implementation either, but it was a decent way to keep my prints and my regular portfolio pieces separate. I’m trying to see if there is a way to change the linking so that clicking the image just opens the quick view menu, but we’ll see.
Thanks again for your feedback!
